Drain Tile
 Adequate drainage is vital for a dry basement. Form-A-Drain is our product of choice.
We use it to form the footers. It stays in place forming interior and exterior draintile. An added benefit is that it can be used to collect radon gas if site conditions merit.
Stone Placement
We utilize a local subcontractor, Stone Slinger Services, to deliver and place the underslab stone
to grade. Slinger's are used by many foundation contractors for their speed, accuracy and money savings. For more information on the trucks themselves, look them up on the web. StoneSlinger, by Dahms
Concrete Pumping 
Our 32 meter Putzmeister Pump truck puts concrete right where we need it. Concrete pumps
are a great time and money saver. The pump only has to be able to access one corner of the foundation,
reducing the need for expensive site work. It also allows us to pour concrete at a lower slump resulting
in a superior product for the customer. We are members of the American Concrete Pumping Association.
Point Layout
In an effort to streamline our work, Cornerstone provides point layout for footers and walls.We use Trimble Total Station robotic equipment to ensure accuracy. Working with control points provided
by the surveyor we locate building corners before footer and wall construction.
CAD Drawing
We use a specialized concrete CAD program
to redraw the plans provided by the customer. This gives our crews the information they need to pour the basement
walls quickly, efficiently and accurately.
